Bac Ninh adjusts the subdivision planning to build Gia Binh industrial park over 320ha
Recently, the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province has approved the Adjustment Plan of the construction subdivision of Gia Binh Industrial Park, Bac Ninh province, the rate of 1/2000.
Accordingly, the province will review the boundaries of adjacent projects to update, match the boundaries accordingly, supplement the collection roads at provincial roads through the industrial park (DT282B, DT284, National Highway 17).
The area of the industrial park is about 306.69 ha, the planned area outside the scope of serving the industrial park is about 15.37 ha; the total planning area is about 322.06 ha.
In terms of spatial organization, the two main spatial axes are the two routes in the east-west and north-south directions connecting with National Highway 17 and DT284.
Planning land plots for administrative and service offices located at the main gateways of the industrial park adjacent to National Highway 17 and DT282B; at the same time, arrange roads to gather industrial zones along DT.284 and DT.282B roads; expanding the road to gather the industrial park adjacent to National Highway 17.
The province plans to adjust and expand cross-sections of some traffic routes; additional traffic connection area between DT284 and DT282B roads and traffic connection area of the main gate of the industrial park with National Highway 17.
The location of the land plots for administrative, service and industrial works will be swapped and arranged for the vocational school to be moved to the east of the industrial park, near the Gia Binh urban area.
On April 12, 2021, Gia Binh Industrial Park was officially established, located at Dong Cuu commune, Lang Ngam commune and Dai Bai commune, Gia Binh district. The project has a total investment of 2,578,2 billion VND; invested by Bac Ninh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Trading One Member Company Limited.
