Mr. Le Hoa Binh, 52 years old, Standing Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, died on the afternoon of March 29 due to a traffic accident on his way to work. Passing ceremony at 8 a.m. on April 2; then buried at the City Cemetery (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City).
Mr. Le Hoa Binh from Quang Ngai; professional qualifications construction engineer, master of engineering, bachelor of economics.
He was elected by the IX Ho Chi Minh City People’s Council as Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee for the term 2021-2026 at the last meeting of 2020; assigned to be the Standing Vice President, in charge of urban areas.
Before that, Mr. Binh held the following positions: Deputy Director of the Construction Investment Management Board of the City’s Urban Upgrading Works, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, Chairman of the People’s Committee of District 7, Director of the City Department of Construction.
