When arriving at Km21+700, Ben Luc district, Long An province, the tire burst and flipped across the road. Mr. Le Hoa Binh was seriously injured and was taken to Long An General Hospital for emergency treatment.

However, because the wound was too severe, Mr. Binh did not survive.
