The Department of Education and Training requires that the organization of semi-boarding activities must comply with the principle of voluntary and consent of the students’ parents. At the same time, schools must fully implement epidemic prevention and control measures under the guidance of the Health and Education sectors. In which, the principle of limiting exchanges and contact between students in the same class and between classes is guaranteed.

Schools prioritize the organization of eating, sleeping and resting right in the classroom; Maximum distance according to the condition of each class. Students eat separate meals, do not share personal items, wash hands with clean water and soap before and after eating. The school must clean and disinfect the cafeteria after each student feeding session (if it is organized in the school cafeteria), and at the same time ensure food safety in accordance with regulations.

Before that, many private middle and high schools also planned to reorganize part-boarding activities from the beginning of April. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Khang, Principal of Marie Curie School said, the school is expected to start from March 28 or April 1. organize day-boarding for students in grades 7, 8, and 9.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa, Chairman of the Board of Management of Nguyen Binh Khiem Education System, also informed that the school is expected to organize part-boarding activities again in early April to make it easier for parents to transport and students. study confidently.

Regarding the issue of day-boarding, Deputy Minister of Health Nguyen Truong Son once shared that there is no difference in the risk of infection for students who attend one session, two sessions or part-boarding. Therefore, schools that are eligible and ensure safety for epidemic prevention and control can organize part-boarding for children to create convenience and reduce trouble for parents and their families.
