Tran Ngoc Minh is currently a member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Union Branch of the Faculty of Party History, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Youth Union of the Academy of Journalism and Propaganda. With a passion for Union activities, the young man born in 2001 did not mind difficulties and faced challenges to contribute to society.

From the moment he wore the Union badge on his chest in 2017, Ngoc Minh has had 5 years as a typical Union member. Recalling the moment when wearing the Doan badge, Ngoc Minh shared: “It was a sacred moment that I will never forget. My first emotion is the honor and honor to be in the ranks of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. Youth aspiration and hope, the desire to devote to their country was also increased many times at that time.

For me, joining the Youth Union has only two goals: One is to fulfill my passion for activities and contribute to society. The second is to show the bravery to dare to attack before the activities of the Union organizations. Since then, I have come to understand more and more about the meaning of the Doan’s badge, holding the national flag with my arm.”

Ngoc Minh added that, despite being active in the Union for many years, he himself still did not dare to confidently say that he fully understood the meaning of the Union badge. Just feeling proud, proud and every time wearing a badge on his chest, Ngoc Minh always reminds himself to be responsible and completely loyal to the Union organization.

Up to now, having become an official of the Youth Union, Ngoc Minh understands more and more what he needs to do to contribute to the common interests of the organization. “After being trusted and entrusted with noble positions by the comrades in the Youth Union of the Academy of Journalism and Propaganda, I also had certain pressures. Because a Union cadre will have to understand and do a lot of different jobs, must gather union members, young people, need to try to learn to meet and complete the assigned tasks. But because I have passion, I don’t find it difficult, but on the contrary, I have more motivation.”Ngoc Minh shared.

For all Youth Union members, March is an important month and Ngoc Minh is no exception. Minh shared, because of the epidemic, this year is the second year he has to celebrate March 26 in his hometown Hai Duong. Although it was a bit sad that he couldn’t join everyone, this young man didn’t feel any less proud because of that. For him, every year when March 26 passes, he feels a little more proud.

When asked about memories from when he started participating in Union organizations, Ngoc Minh found it very difficult to choose. He confided: “Choosing the most memorable trip for me is very difficult. But my most meaningful trip was also my first volunteer trip with the Academy of Journalism and Propaganda in Sin Ho, Lai Chau province. That time, I was very pressured because I had to ensure my health because it was the first time I went to the Northwest, and I didn’t know if I had done the assigned task well or not. Fortunately, everything went well.”

After each trip, Ngoc Minh was able to sit down to consult and learn from experience. For Minh, every trip is a learning experience.

During the recent epidemic, Ngoc Minh was also a Union member worthy of commendation for daring to cope with the epidemic, volunteering to participate in epidemic prevention and husbandry work. At that time, this guy from Hai Duong was also infected. But thanks to her own efforts, Ngoc Minh quickly overcame the illness and promptly recovered to participate and carry out activities related to Youth Union work in Youth Month.

With Ngoc Minh, as an officer of the Youth Union, he always hopes and believes that young people will increasingly promote the spirit of youth, ready to dedicate themselves to the development and construction of the Vietnamese Fatherland day by day. grow strong. In particular, pioneering and taking action are two things Vietnamese youth need to have. The Youth Union is always an ideal environment for the young generation to participate, practice and strive.
