In the second quarter of 2022, the People’s Committee of Vung Tau city auctioned the land with an area of 4.1 ha in Thang Tam ward, expected to collect nearly 1,200 billion VND.
In the third quarter of 2022, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment will auction the land of Nghinh Phong cape 13.8ha in Ward 2, Vung Tau City, expected to collect nearly 1,500 billion VND, and the land of Ship Repairing Company Limited. Vinaline is 20ha wide in My Xuan ward (Phu My town), is expected to collect more than 261 billion VND.
