Some people make documents to buy and sell when land prices increase, others fear that the expiration of agricultural land use term (50 years) without extension will be affected when recovering and compensating. Some people divide land among their children for fear of being divided between brothers when land prices rise due to upcoming projects in the locality.

Some people went a few times, but because they got the number later, after working hours, they still haven’t been called.
