Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh has just signed Decision No. 471/QD-TTg dated April 15, 2022 approving the adjustment of investment policy in the investment project to build the connecting road. Phap Van – Cau Gie street with Ring Road 3 (Project).
Accordingly, the above project is adjusted to increase the total investment from 2,535,141 million VND to 3,248,668 million VND. Funding from budget Hanoi City.
At the same time, the project implementation time will be adjusted from 2022 to 2025. Other contents remain the same according to Decision No. 141/QD-TTg dated January 21, 2020 of the Prime Minister.
The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Planning and Investment to take full responsibility for the results of the appraisal and adjustment of the project’s investment policy.
The Hanoi People’s Committee is fully responsible before the Government, the Prime Minister, inspection, examination and auditing agencies for information, data, reports, proposals for adjustment of the project’s investment policy; be responsible for allocating capital fully and promptly in accordance with current regulations, implementing and completing the Project according to the approved schedule; ensure savings, efficiency and avoid loss and waste.
At the beginning of 2020, the Prime Minister approved the project of a road connecting Phap Van – Cau Gie route with belt 3 with a length of 3.4 km, with a total investment of more than 2,500 billion VND.
The connecting route is 3.4 km long, 60 m wide, including six lanes for motor vehicles and two lanes for mixed traffic, starting at the end of the right-turning branch from Phap Van – Cau Gie highway to road 70 of the Tu intersection. Round to the intersection with Ring Road 3.
The project is implemented to solve traffic congestion, ensure traffic order and safety for the inner city, and contribute to promoting socio-economic development for Hoang Mai district, Thanh Tri district and the northern region. South, Southeast of Hanoi city center.
