According to the Ministry of Information and Communications, the standing body of the National Committee on Digital Transformation, 2020 can be considered as the year to start the awareness of digital transformation, and 2021 to start implementing and experiencing digital transformation in the context of digital transformation. pandemic, and 2022 is the year to accelerate digital transformation towards people-centered, all-people and comprehensive.

In terms of historical significance, October 10 is the Liberation Day of Hanoi Capital, opening a very glorious new period in the thousand-year history of civilization of Thang Long – Dong Do – Hanoi.
