Based on the results of the investigation and verification, the Investigation Security Agency of the Bac Giang Provincial Police issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute the accused against Wu Qin Zi for the crime of “Organizing others to stay in Vietnam”. illegally” specified in Clause 1, Article 348 of the Penal Code.

Pursuant to Article 163 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the Investigation Security Agency of the Bac Giang Provincial Police Department transferred the case file to the Investigation Security Agency of the Bac Ninh Provincial Police for investigation according to its competence.
