Late at night on April 27, when with 3 other subjects, LTP (SN 2001, residing in Que Xuan 1, Que Son), NMT (SN1999, residing in Tam Ky city, Quang Nam), TDP (SN 2006, residing in Da Nang) on the way from Da Nang to Que Son. When passing by Nam Phuoc town (Quang Nam), H. invited the above subjects to rent a room at the Lion King hotel to open a “drug party” together.
