Specifically: Adjusting the location of the investment project from Long Thanh district to the following districts: Long Thanh, Dinh Quan, Thong Nhat, Cam My and Long Khanh city;

Adjustment of project component 1 – construction of technical infrastructure system of Loc An – Binh Son resettlement area;

Adjust and supplement the area of ​​land recovered for a number of items;

Adjusting and supplementing the component project 6, implementing the construction of 2 roads 770B and 773 connecting the airport;

Adjusting the total project investment from more than 22,800 billion VND to more than 31,000 billion VND;

Adjust the project implementation period from 2017 to 2021 to from 2017 to 2023;

Adjustment to reduce 2 component projects with construction components: Projects into 3 and 4;

Adjusting the investment capital from the state budget into the Dong Nai province budget of 2,257 billion VND, the rest is from the central budget;

Adjust revenues from auction of land use rights and land allocation for resettlement, which are returned to the central budget to be left to local budgets.

“To implement the construction investment project of Long Thanh airport, Dong Nai was assigned the task of implementing the project of land acquisition, compensation, support and resettlement with an area of ​​​​nearly 5,000 hectares of recovered land. Opinion 3 is that the revenue from auction and land use levy paid to the central budget according to the Resolution of the National Assembly falls under the competence of the National Assembly.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Vo Tan Duc said that in order to explain and clarify some contents related to the adjustment of the feasibility study report for the project of land acquisition, compensation, support and resettlement of the yard. fly Long Thanh, The Provincial People’s Committee assigned the Departments of Planning and Investment, Transport and the People’s Committee of Long Thanh District to carefully study the documents of the Ministry of Planning and Investment to explain, supplement and provide sufficient data, ensuring sufficient information for the Construction Investment Project Management Board.
