The whole country added nearly 4,000 cases of COVID-19, an increase of more than 1,000 F0 compared to yesterday

According to statistics of the Ministry of Health, new cases were recorded in the country (up 1,191 cases compared to the previous day) in 55 provinces and cities (3,294 cases in the community).

The following provinces and cities have recorded cases: Dak Lak (1,251 cases), Hanoi (509), Bac Ninh (346), Nghe An (168), Phu Tho (121), Vinh Phuc (109), Quang Ninh (97), Yen Bai (92), Tuyen Quang (86), Bac Kan (76), Thai Binh (75), Quang Binh (63), Hai Duong (62), Lao Cai (62), Lam Dong ( 57), Thai Nguyen (51), Da Nang (51), Ho Chi Minh City (49), Ba Ria – Vung Tau (43), Hung Yen (40), Ha Nam (38), Dak Nong (36), Quang Tri (34), Lai Chau (33), Nam Dinh (32), Hoa Binh (32), Ninh Binh (25), Binh Phuoc (25), Binh Duong (23), Ha Tinh (22), Lang Son ( 21), Gia Lai (20), Cao Bang (20), Ha Giang (20), Hai Phong (18), Son La (17), Thanh Hoa (14), Quang Ngai (13), Khanh Hoa (13) , Dien Bien (10), Binh Dinh (10), Phu Yen (10), Bac Giang (10), Dong Thap (7), Tay Ninh (7), Vinh Long (7), Ben Tre (7), Kien Giang (5), Hau Giang (4), Thua Thien Hue (2), Dong Nai (2), Tra Vinh (1), Long An (1), Binh Thuan (1), Ca Mau (1).

During the day, Quang Ninh Department of Health registered an additional 2,550 cases on the national case management system COVID-19 After reviewing and adding sufficient information.

Compared to yesterday, the localities that recorded the largest decrease in the number of cases were: Bac Giang (91 cases), Nam Dinh (42), Phu Tho (38).

The localities that recorded the highest number of cases were: Dak Lak (1,251 cases), Bac Ninh (216), Ho Chi Minh City (26).

Since the beginning of the epidemic, Vietnam has recorded a total of 10,690,471 infections, ranking 12th out of 227 countries and territories, while at the rate of infections per million people.

For the fourth outbreak alone (from April 27, 2021 to present), the number of infections recorded in the country is 10,682,719, of which 9,332,147 patients have been declared cured.

Localities with high cumulative number of infections during this outbreak: Hanoi (1,593,656 cases), Ho Chi Minh City (608,848), Nghe An (483,191), Bac Giang (385,974), Binh Duong (383,595).

During the day, the whole country added 7,441 patients recovered, bringing the total number of cured cases to 9,334,964 cases and 3 deaths in Dak Lak.
