1. Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil

The World Cancer Research Fund found no direct evidence that using vegetable oils and nut oils in moderation increases the risk of cancer.

However, they said: “High-calorie fats and oils are commonly found in processed foods such as cakes and cookies. We know that frequently consuming processed foods is high in content. 2. Salty food
