Accordingly, the province will effectively mobilize and use capital sources to invest, upgrade digital infrastructure ready to meet the digital transformation process, build digital government, digital economy and digital society of the province. . Encourage enterprises to develop 5G mobile networks in central areas, commercial and service areas, tourist areas, border gates, develop Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructure, cloud computing infrastructure…

Lang Son Department of Information and Communications said that the province has 5 enterprises providing telecommunications and Internet services. The telecommunications network has covered from the center of the province to the villages, hamlets and street blocks, supporting the direction and administration of agencies, units, localities and serving people and businesses.

Along with that, 100% of commune centers, wards and townships have 2G/3G/4G mobile coverage; 100% of agencies, units and localities are connected to the Internet with broadband fiber optic cable, and connected to a dedicated data transmission network.

Statistics show that, in the first 5 months of this year, the province has developed 105 BTS stations. The total number of mobile phones is 856,841 subscribers, reaching a density of about 108 subscribers/100 people.
