The Police Investigation Agency of Loc Ha District (Ha Tinh Province) has just prosecuted the case and prosecuted the accused against Le Thi Xuyen (SN 1998, resident of Long Hai village, Thach Kim commune, Loc Ha district) for the crime of “stealing property.” property”.

According to the investigation agency, on March 29, Ms. LTN (SN 1976, residing in Thach Kim commune) reported that a thief had stolen a bag containing about 3.2 gold trees, worth about 200 million dong when sleeping at the house of her sister, Mrs. LTH (who lives in the same village).

Receiving the news, the police of Loc Ha district approached the scene, investigated and identified Le Thi Xuyen as the person who committed the theft.

At the investigation agency, Le Thi Xuyen confessed that on March 28, Ms. LTN went to Xuyen’s mother-in-law’s house, Mrs. LTH (N.’s sister) to sleep with and carry a bag.

When she arrived at Mrs. H.’s house, Mrs. N. opened her bag to check. At this time, Xuyen saw that there was a lot of gold in the bag. Mrs. N. then carried the bag up and hid it in the bedroom in the mezzanine.

At about 5 o’clock on March 29, while Mrs. H and N. were away, Xuyen arose greed and surreptitiously stole the bag containing the above-mentioned 3.2 gold trees.
