HL Group has been operating since February 21, 2022, with a charter capital of nearly VND 100 billion, however, it was not until Bui Xuan Huan posted that many people knew about the existence of this business. Asia FB Service Company and Service Joint Stock Company 168 are frequently mentioned by Bui Xuan Huan as making a lot of money in livestreams. However, Bui Xuan Huan has never disclosed specific and transparent information about revenue from the above companies.

The title Huan Hoa Hong – “gangster network”

In 2015, Huan started to become famous with funny videos. However, the video content then turned into a challenge to cyber gangs like Duong Minh Tuyen… With a strong fan base, many young people even considered Bui Xuan Huan a “teacher Huan” because of his vulgar statements. and a collection of supercars with beautiful, unique and precious number plates of billions of dong. Bui Xuan Huan is also close to the phenomenon of “youth Gypsy” Pretty “Banh” (Ngo Ba Kha) before this person was arrested.

In October 2020, Huan Hoa Hong’s facebook page posted a video clip with the logo of Vietnam Television, reporting that Bui Xuan Huan went to help people in the Central region. The Vietnam Television Station confirmed that this clip was a composite and fake product, and asked the authorities to handle the case. Bui Xuan Huan then had to remove the clip and pay a fine according to regulations.

One thing that makes many people wonder is that the more cases Bui Xuan Huan is caught in, the more followers Bui Xuan Huan’s Facebook fanpage and Youtube channel have.

That’s why all social networking platforms branded Huan Hoa Hong are fully utilized to advertise products, services and sell online.

On social networking platforms, Huan Hoa Hong continuously livestreams advertising cosmetics, perfumes … even physiological enhancement drugs. Fanpage Bui Huan and Huan Hoa Hong both have a green tick of Facebook, often advertising perfume products with the logo of a brand named Charme such as: Chanel coco perfume, Gio perfume, sunscreen, melasma cream… Charme-branded products are sold at cheap prices, making many people wonder about the quality and origin.

In addition, on the website: huanhhoahong.info, there are advertisements for physiological enhancement products that make many people “hot eyes”. However, there is no information on the website about the license to sell these functional foods from the authorities.

On Youtube 217,000 times and tiktok 4.8 million channel subscriptions, each video Huan posted has attracted hundreds of thousands of views. In the livestream videos, Bui Xuan Huan once showed off his assets of hundreds of billions of dong. However, every time he shows off, this person can prove it because businesses are registered on the portal, many red books and supercars also appear on the livestream to prove this.
