Viettel has 2 more patents protected exclusively in the US
Viettel Aerospace Institute (VTX), a member of the Military Industry and Telecommunications Group, has been granted an exclusive protection certificate by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for two works in the field of: optoelectronics and materials industry.
The invention of “Spherical mirror optics for medium-wave thermal imaging equipment” was born in 2017, solving the problem of self-study, designing and manufacturing the camera core, minimizing the dependence on imports from abroad. . Meanwhile, the invention “Method for making high-temperature synthetic materials” helps to produce materials that can meet the harsh working conditions in the military field.
Viettel has been granted 11 patents by USPTO in the US.
Up to now, Viettel has been granted 56 patents in Vietnam and 11 patents in the US by the USPTO.
According to statistics of the National Office of Intellectual Property in 2021, Viettel is an enterprise technology has the highest number of patent applications and the number of patents granted annually in Vietnam.
Recently, two projects in the military and defense fields of Viettel were also considered and awarded the Ho Chi Minh Prize by the State Council – the highest state award in science and technology.
