“Home is a place to return to, the kitchen is a place to indulge your passions. In this house, I love this space the most because it creates a lot of inspiration for housewives, bringing warm meals. With this kitchen, I freely roam, show my talent to serve my husband, children, acquaintances, groups of friends when coming home to play.
Being addicted to home and loving the kitchen is my innate nature, so no matter how busy I am, I always want this kitchen space to be neat, clean, tidy and decent,” Nguyen Thai shared with Infonet.
Since childhood, the 8X mother has had a passion for the kitchen and cooking. Because of her clean and tidy personality, she must clean up whatever she does right away to avoid wasting time. Later, she fell in love with a business, but still had a lot of time to spend in the family’s kitchen.
Because the kitchen area is not too large, she took advantage of every position and arranged the utensils in a reasonable way. The fruits and vegetables will be put in separate plastic boxes and stored in the refrigerator.
Ms. Thai also makes use of each compartment of the wooden shelf to store things such as dry goods, nuts, soaked wine… Each type is arranged in different compartments for easy searching.
In addition, appliances such as refrigerators, air fryers, rice cookers, etc. are also placed in separate locations, convenient for use.
Not only arranging the family’s kitchen to become neat, clean and tidy, Thai also made the sisters admire by new and extremely attractive dishes.
To change the family’s daily meals, in addition to familiar dishes, Ms. Thai also learns and cooks new dishes by herself such as Singapore tofu with black sugar pearls, pork belly cake, and mon wax tea.
