Completed infrastructure – The bright spot of Binh Duong’s investment attraction

Recently, Binh Duong province officially started the project of upgrading and expanding National Highway 13, from the border of Ho Chi Minh City to Thu Dau Mot City (Binh Duong province). The expansion of the arterial road, as well as a series of other infrastructure investment projects, will facilitate goods trade and inter-regional connectivity. This is considered an important factor and a bright spot to help Binh Duong province attract more investment capital in the coming time.

National Highway 13 is an arterial traffic route connecting Ho Chi Minh City – Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc. The section passing through Thuan An city will be raised from 6 to 8 lanes, with more overpasses and tunnels to prevent congestion… The expansion of this highway is attracting the attention of many investors.

As the lifeline of Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc, and at the same time connecting the Central Highlands provinces with Ho Chi Minh City, the expansion of National Highway 13 is expected to help improve traffic, increase trade, create a investment flows in industrial areareal estate… Especially the areas on both sides of National Highway 13 are planned to be the service, financial – commercial center of Binh Duong.

In the period from now to 2025, Binh Duong will focus on investing in building, upgrading and expanding arterial traffic routes, especially roads connecting the region, implementing a series of key traffic projects such as: Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4 through the province with an investment capital of tens of thousands of billion dong.

Currently, industrial parks in Binh Duong have attracted nearly 3,000 projects, most of which are FDI projects with a total registered investment capital of more than 24.3 billion USD. The increased demand for labor will help the province attract population, create a great demand for housing, develop consumption, economy and urban areas.
