Dealer sales consultants have begun accepting deposits for the new generation Isuzu mu-X. According to initially revealed information, mu-X 2022 will have 4 versions, which is one more version than the previous generation. The expected price for the lowest version is more than 900 million VND, while the high-end version costs over 1 billion VND. The car has arrived in stock and is ready for sale in July.

The new generation D-Max was controversial when it was only imported to Vietnam with an optional 1.9-liter diesel engine. However, according to information from the seller, this new generation mu-X will have up to 2 engine options, including a 1.9-liter and a 3-liter machine. In which, 3 low versions use 1.9 liter engine and the most advanced version is Prestige 4×4 AT will use 3 liter engine.
The 1.9-liter machine on the new mu-X has a capacity of 148 hp and 150 Nm of torque. 3-liter machine for a capacity of 187 horsepower, 450 Nm of torque. The car has 2 options of 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission. With this 3-liter engine, the mu-X will be easier to compete with when rivals have large engine options.
Besides, Isuzu mu-X 2022 will have many other big changes to compete this year, when Ford Everest 2022 is also coming. This model will have a completely new and more modern design. The side glass is seamless, not separate as before. Especially inside the car there are many upgrades with a new steering wheel, central 9-inch screen, electronic parking brake and many luxurious brown leather details. This model is also revealed to have some modern safety features such as blind spot warning or automatic emergency braking.

Compared to the old model, the new mu-X is even larger with an increase of 25 mm in length and 10 mm in width. The wheelbase of the tank is 10 mm. The ground clearance of 235 mm is also a plus point of the mu-X in the segment.
