There is a plan to build a super marina with 120 large piers and 1,300 hotel rooms

Amaala, a company specializing in the development of ultra-luxury buildings, recently unveiled an iconic design for a yacht club with ambitions to stand in the same place as Monaco and the Caribbean. It is The Triple Bay Yacht Club located in Saudi Arabia. The project will be located in the nature reserve of Prince Mohammed bin Salman. In addition to 120 marinas and eight giant resorts with 1,300 hotel rooms, a variety of dining, retail and entertainment outlets will also be built.

This iconic development will bridge the gap between land and sea, so beachgoers can come together to enjoy the conveniences.

Amaala CEO John Pagan said the project is at the forefront of the Kingdom’s ambitions to become a global tourism leader. He predicts it will become an international hub for luxury yachts.

Because of this vision, the yacht club demanded a world-class design, with an Arab cultural heritage and commitment to sustainability. Triple Bay’s eye-catching design draws inspiration from geometry along with a combination of land and sea.

With 1,000 workers working together, the first phase of the yacht club will be completed by 2024. The massive 7,900 square meter property divided into four levels will provide guests with a lavish getaway while not at home, where many people can enjoy relaxing, entertaining or participating in yacht related events.
