After the Supreme People’s Procuracy approved, the Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security implemented the decisions and orders in accordance with the law.

Notably, Mr. Binh is serving a life sentence after the first and appellate trial in two cases of Phan Van Anh Vu and his accomplices appropriating, causing damage of more than 3,600 billion VND; and the case caused a loss of more than 8,800 billion VND. The file shows that the case that the investigating agency has just moved is the fourth case that Mr. Binh is accused of committing violations related to the banking sector.
