Before that, at dawn on May 20, while eating hot pot at Phat Loc Lane Street (Hang Mam Street, Ly Thai To Ward, Hoan Kiem District), Diep had a conflict and clashed with NVC (SN 1976) and N.Đ. .N. (SN 1990) living in Hang Buom ward, Hoan Kiem district.
After being chased and beaten, Diep brought a K59 gun and a lighter pointed at NVC and N.Đ.N who were sitting at the beginning of Phat Loc lane. Seeing that the gun did not explode, the two used knives and sticks to chase Diep in the area of Hang Be street.
Immediately upon receiving the news, the police of Hang Bac ward were present at the scene to verify the incident and seized a K59 gun (with 7 bullets in the gun) and a lighter.
Searching Diep’s car, the police discovered and seized one more AK-style gun (in the gun there was a magazine containing 14 rounds) and 17 other bullets of all kinds.
Hoan Kiem District Police continue to consolidate the file and handle it according to regulations.
