The incorrect adjustment of regulations leads to population growth, unsatisfactory planning criteria, lack of green areas, service facilities… Inspectors of the Ministry of Construction also pointed out many other shortcomings such as the level of regulations. Construction permits have some content that is against the law, many inadequacies in law enforcement…

Inspector of the Ministry of Construction proposed the Hanoi People’s Committee to direct the Department of Planning – Architecture and relevant agencies to overcome the existing violations and problems; review and handle the responsibility for organizations and individuals that have allowed violations to occur.
