With a square plot of land, the architect has taken advantage of the special shape of the land to create an open design for all directions.
The house has a zigzag shape in harmony with the old neighborhood space.
The ground floor of NDC house is living room, kitchen and large dining table.
The architect proposed a solution to connect the light slot, the mezzanine floor and the large atrium space combined with the opening of a large doorway connecting the front yard.
The kitchen space is designed in a separate corner.
The mezzanine floor of NDC house is a regular family living space, where the whole family plays the piano.
The wooden counter is also a place to read and relax.
The atrium and the backyard aim to create areas of space that change in volume to bring wind and natural light into the house.
The first floor is for the master bedroom with full amenities such as a bathroom, a large wardrobe and a small working corner.
The interior of the house is made of wood from the tree that is only sawn and dried.
The large wooden part was chosen for the dining table, the wooden counter for reading books on the mezzanine floor and the large bed in the master room.
