The new nature of the subdivision planning changes according to the orientation of the approved general plan, specifically: Priority is given to the formation of a cultural park – a harmonized lake. The rest of the city is reconstructed on the basis of developing a mixed-use zone with major functions including: new urban area, commercial and office service area, social housing area, resettlement and renovation. The research and planning adjustment area is located in Nguyen An Ninh ward, Vung Tau city, with an area of ​​about 172.99ha (including a part of the lakeside area of ​​the Chi Linh Center project). The nature of the planning is a cultural, sports and entertainment park associated with green trees, landscape lakes and regulating lakes of Vung Tau city.
