At that time, Nguyen Sinh was one of the first restaurants owned by Vietnamese people. After many times of changing locations, the restaurant is now on Ly Quoc Su street (Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) and has an additional branch in Doi Can. After 80 years, the taste of basic bread remains the same. Mr. Long just learned and modified a bit to suit the tastes of modern customers.

The seemingly easy quick dishes of cold meat sandwiches, in fact, have to go through very elaborate preparation steps. When slicing cold meat, ham, and sausage, it must be skillful, not too thin, not too thick. A piece of pate must have just enough fat and meat to feel all the flavor of cold meat when eaten.
