While society still thinks that working at a bank has a high salary, but the time each day at work is more than time spent with family, a bank has recently “shocked” with a new welfare policy.

Accordingly, ABB has just issued a new welfare policy that makes all employees excited. This is perhaps unprecedented for banks.

Some points can be mentioned such as: 1 day paid leave on the employee’s own birthday; Employees with 2 years of seniority when getting married will have 2 more days of paid leave in addition to 3 days of paid leave according to the provisions of the Labor Law; Employees are entitled to a maximum of 2 days of paid leave when a relative (spouse/child/parent) is hospitalized, etc.

Notably, all of the above paid leave days are not included in the number of annual leave days. With this policy, it is guaranteed that the employees of this bank will be the happiest people.

However, there are also many opinions expressing doubts about the feasibility of this policy. “The regulation is like that, but can it be done in practice?”, a bank employee commented. This suspicion is well-founded when the banking industry is known to be one of the fiercest working environments. Many bank employees have to work overtime and leave the office when it is dark, especially at the end of the month or year.

According to the provisions of Article 113 of the Labor Code 2019 which took effect from January 1, 2021, an employee who has worked for a full 12 months for an employer is entitled to annual leave and full salary according to the provisions of Article 113 of the Labor Code 2019. labor contract. The number of days off is 12 working days for people who work under normal conditions.

Employees who work for less than 12 months for an employer, the number of annual leave days is proportional to the number of working months.

Article 114 of this Law stipulates: For every 5 years of working for an employer, the number of annual leave days of the employee shall be increased by 1 day.

Article 115 stipulates that an employee is entitled to take a separate leave from work while still receiving full salary in the following cases: 3 days off after marriage; natural, adopted children get married 1 day off; natural father, natural mother, adoptive father, adoptive mother or natural father, natural mother, adoptive father, adoptive mother of a spouse; wife or husband; If a biological or adopted child dies, he/she is entitled to 3 days off.

The employee is entitled to 1 day of unpaid leave and must notify the employer when his grandfather, grandmother, maternal grandfather, grandmother, brother, sister or younger brother dies; married parent; brothers, sisters, siblings get married.

  1. You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find
this matter to be really something which I think I would
never understand. It seems too complicated
and extremely broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of
    it!
