The Ministry of Home Affairs inspects recruitment and appointment of civil servants in Quang Nam

According to the decision, the inspection team of the Ministry of Home Affairs will inspect the implementation of the provisions of the law on management of civil servant payrolls; recruitment of civil servants; consider converting commune-level cadres and civil servants into civil servants from district level or higher; raising the rank of civil servants, appointing leading and managerial civil servants; handling of violations in the recruitment and appointment of civil servants according to regulations.

During the announcement, Deputy Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Head of the inspection team Nguyen Xuan Dat disseminated the duties and powers of the team leader and members, and the rights and obligations of the inspected subjects; approve the working method of the delegation for inspection contents under the competence of the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee and under the authority of the heads of agencies and organizations; through the working schedule of the delegation with the agencies and organizations being inspected.

Mr. Dat asked the People’s Committee of Quang Nam province and agencies and organizations to prepare sufficient documents and documents to work with the inspection team during the inspection process.

From the date of announcing the inspection decision, within 45 days, the delegation will inspect the contents announced during the period from January 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022. According to the plan, the delegation worked with 18 localities and 21 provincial departments on relevant contents according to the inspection decision.
