VTV reporter had a conversation with this talented musician.
– Hello musician Tran Hung. It is known that in addition to the song “Do you wish”, he also has other successful compositions. Can you share about this?
During my writing career, I have had high-winning works such as “The sower of words in a far island”, “Standing on a far island” or “Disappearing Corona virus”. With the winning works, I am very happy and that joy is multiplied when being received and loved by the audience.
– As a traditional music composer, do you intend to renew yourself when releasing new trending works?
I conceive of writing songs that are not colorful, unobtrusive and talk about real stories in life with the message “preserving the beauty of the homeland”, “living is to love”. Among the works I created, each one has a different color. Therefore, in the process of composing, I always renew myself, always explore and create to get the best music products. Like now, young people like Rap music and I used to write Rap.
In addition to composing music, many people know him through poems. So do you intend to delve into poetry writing?
Poetry and music always go together, when composing songs I often develop lyrics according to my poetic ideas. Therefore, there are works that have been completed from poems I composed such as: Country Market, Four Seasons of Love, Father’s Love, Standing in the Far Away… Besides, in daily life, I sometimes also did a few poems. However, in order to delve into poetry composition, there is a whole process, so at this stage I have no intention of going deep into poetic composition.

– Responding to the month of action for children in 2022, how do you feel and respond to contribute to raising community awareness to best protect children?
In response to the Action Month for Children in 2022, I will do my best for children and continue to compose songs promoting children’s rights as well as participate in activities with agencies and organizations to do all the work for children. All the best for children, fulfill their dreams to have a world without child labor, no epidemic, no war, a peaceful world.
– Can the musician share some upcoming music projects?
Regarding my upcoming plans, I will continue to complete well-invested and thoughtful music products, thereby focusing on new forte compositions such as country music, lyrical music, to name a few. finished songs will be announced in the near future such as: Homeland, The Light in the Night, Love and Jealousy; especially the folk music project, with the song “Falling rowing boat” to preserve the rowing culture that is only available in the homeland of Xu Doai, Dan Phuong district, Hanoi. In addition, I will focus on composing topical songs that reflect social life… I hope that my songs will leave a good impression on music lovers in the coming time.
