Ferrari racing team continues to show strength at the Saudi GP
Ahead of the second test session yesterday, a fire broke out right next to the Jeddah Corniche street racetrack where the Saudi GP was held. This causes the 2nd session to be delayed by 15 minutes.
This season’s Jeddah Corniche has witnessed a few small changes in design and this newness has caused many difficulties for many hands, including world champion Max Verstappen.
Yesterday’s test session also witnessed a rare incident when a signboard fell on the track and was hit by Lando Norris. This incident also raised the red flag.
Opening stage winner Charles Leclerc hit a wall during test session 2 and this forced him to retire early.
Even so, the Ferrari driver is still the best performer with a lap time of 1’30″074. Behind the Monaco driver are Max Verstappen and Carlos Sainz. there is one more test session before going into the ranking.
