Discovered beauty salon for rhinoplasty, eye surgery, vocational training… without permission
The inspector of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health has just inspected an unauthorized cosmetology establishment and asked this establishment to remove the billboard and immediately stop cosmetology activities.
On March 28, the Department of Health of Ho Chi Minh City said that the above facility is called Saigon CR Beauty Salon in CityLand residential area, ward 7, Go Vap district. The Department Inspector coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh City Police, the Go Vap District Health Department and the Ward People’s Committee to inspect this facility on March 26.
At the time of inspection, the delegation noted that Saigon CR Beauty Salon did not comply with the regulations on prevention of Covid-19 epidemic according to the regulations of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, did not present the business registration certificate, practice certificate, License for medical examination and treatment, professional qualifications of establishment owners and employees.

The Department Inspector determined that the owner of the facility was Ms. Vo Thi Nuong, at the time of inspection, there were 3 employees and 3 customers who came to perform cosmetic services. Customers said that in the past, Ms. Vo Thi Nuong (daily name is Doctor Tien) had a nose lift, lip cut, eye cut, skin treatment at this address.
The time of inspection also recorded the presence of drugs, supplies and medical equipment; customer information books, payment receipts, service price lists, customer contracts on the use of cosmetology services, apprenticeship contracts; billboards for the service of creating double eyelids; filling temples; remove wrinkles, rejuvenate the skin of the neck; raise the bridge of the nose…
The delegation sealed and temporarily kept records, supplies, medical equipment and drugs; request the immediate removal of signs, advertisements, immediate cessation of cosmetic activities in the field of medical examination, treatment, and cosmetic services without legal records.
Currently, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health Inspectorate is handling the case.
