After a short period of practical implementation, the online public service point model has initially brought benefits to people when going through administrative procedures. This is the central goal of Project 06, which is towards solving administrative procedures and providing online public services in order to save time, effort and money for people, businesses and individuals. Originally a cultural house of residential group No. 1, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay district, now, this area also has another important use, as it is a place to deploy an online public service model for people in the area. Regional police officers of the ward police are also assigned to be on duty here to guide people, perform account registration operations and directly do some related administrative procedures.

“From the time of opening, according to my statistics, there have been 62 accounts established, more than 60 documents sent to the receiving department of the ward police” – Captain Le Van Thang, Police Department of Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi, said.

After more than a week of implementation, people initially felt the utility when performing administrative procedures on the national public service portal. The simplest is the registration of permanent and temporary residence, instead of having to go to the ward police office to bring full identification to register, the people in this residential group just need to go to the cultural house. At the area, log in to the system and the file will be sent online to the ward police.

“The attitude of the people is relatively good. It saves time and effort, especially the accommodation establishments in the area. Although it directly brings many practical benefits, the actual implementation shows that some people are still afraid of change and think that they are not proficient in information technology. This is currently a barrier to the process of performing online public services here.

According to the leader of the National Population Data Center, the Ministry of Public Security, in addition to the goal of serving the settlement of administrative procedures for 25 essential public services, the application of population data also serve economic and social development; building digital citizenship; contribute to policy making… according to the roadmap set out by the Government’s Project 06.

“When we finished building the national database on population and citizen identity, it created a new and extremely valuable resource. The Government’s Project 06 promotes how the excess exploitation of the population has been established. Basic hardware and software technical equipment infrastructure ensures smooth connection of the transmission line from the Ministry to the commune-level Public Security. According to the roadmap, information about health, driver’s license, credit card, social security… is still being researched, integrated and updated daily to fulfill the diverse requirements of people. people in all fields.
